I arranged to visit and view the car I wanted. It was there waiting for me even on a snowy cold Saturday morning. I had explained about partexchanging my old car and this was done with the minimum of fuss and with the reassurance I could do everything in one transaction. Hassle free way to buy a car.
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke fron Countrycarsales.Co.Uk. The car was low mileage and at a great price. The whole purchase was how it should be, no pressure and no hard sell. Test drive was was unconditional, within reason of course. However, soon after purchasing the car it developed a fault. I returned the car and Matt, Simon and the rest of the team here dealt with things the way that you would wish for when these problems arise. I was given a courtesy car whilst the Juke was taken away and repaired. The car is running fine. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone, excellent service all round.

I recently purchased a low mileage, aged, automatic C4 Gran Picasso from Country Car Sales in very good condition. Test drive revealed a judder in first and reverse gears but I liked the car and price so much that I went ahead thinking it may be my driving style. After four weeks felt that it was not my driving but a fault with the car. Country Cars suggested that I seek an opinion from a Citroen dealer local to me to save travelling back to Welwyn Garden City. It was suggested that the clutch was at fault. Country Cars immediately arranged for the clutch replacement local to me and settled the bill on completion of the work directly with the garage. Country Cars have been brilliant from my first visit. Any issues sorted quickly and without any quibble. Totally impressed by their customer service and would recommend to all.

Excellent - package included such as 15-month warranty and breakdown cover also additional comfort and peace of mind. Service and staff also excellent - relaxed, friendly and could not do enough to assist. Saw a few cars of the same model and bought this in large part due to the service provided. If you are going to (possibly) have to deal with a company for 15 months, you want that interaction to be as good as this.

HAD CAR NEARLY 4WEEKS - ABSOLUTELY SUPERB
When buying a car from anywhere it can become a struggle of fact verses fiction and the reassuring thing for me to enter into this unknown was the fact that this dealership is FULLY AA APPROVED and has a GUARANTEE scheme which is absolutely Proven. I actually spoke to the director of the guarantee company. The car we bought was also the first one to pop up on the AA approval used car website. I put these important factors in which in my opinion gives you far more comfort than the disclaimers by main dealers. I only spoke to Simon over the phone and met Matt when we collected the car. In both instances no hard sell or outrageous fiction the fact became the car was better than advertised and was, and is, absolutely superb!!!!. I do not usually do Reviews and always have a sneaky belief they might not be true. To this end Matt and Simon have my contact details and i am more than happy to be contacted by any prospective buyer to back this review up.

Such Great Service
Great Service from these Guys. Bought over the phone from Devon. When we arrived the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom. We were allowed to take it for a spin on our own! No pressure or ‘sales pitch’. Just allowed us time to decide to buy, which didn’t take long. Superb VW Passat Estate, so reliable, love it. 10/10 experience start to finish...
Came in today to have a look at and subsequently purchased a 2009 BMW 320d Msport from these guys. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. Mannie was spot on to deal with. Very informative and answered all questions. The whole experience was very laid back and there was no pressure whatsoever and no fancy sales pitch. To say I am happy with the car is an understatement. On arrival the car was immaculately presented and ready to go, despite the dealer being shut Mannie made special arrangements as I was travelling up from Suffolk. 10/10 would recommend these to anyone.
